All products available on this website are produced and shipped by Gelato from the production facility closest to the customer's delivery address.

The contractual relationship regarding the sale exists exclusively between the customer and CozyPhoto4u.
Gelato acts solely as a manufacturing and logistics service provider.

All images, graphics, designs, and content displayed on this website are the property of or are licensed to CozyPhoto4u and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Consumer Rights, Withdrawal & Returns

Physical print-on-demand products

Physical products (including canvas prints and framed artworks) are produced on a print-on-demand basis, using our own fixed photographic designs. Customers may only choose between predefined size and frame-color options; the artwork itself is not customer-specified.

This does not constitute a good made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized within the meaning of EU law. Accordingly, the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies to these products, starting from the date of receipt of the goods.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

Before completing checkout, the customer must accept a mandatory checkbox confirming that they:

• expressly request immediate performance of the digital content, and
• acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download or access begins.

Defective or incorrect products

In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers are entitled to statutory remedies under EU and applicable national law, including replacement or refund.
