Right of Withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason on orders placed with CozyPhoto4u.
- Physical products (Canvas, Wooden Frame): the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies without restriction, starting from the date you receive the goods.
- Digital products: the right of withdrawal is lost once you access the file or begin downloading it, via the mandatory checkbox accepted at checkout.

How to notify us of your withdrawal
You can notify us of your withdrawal from your account or from your order confirmation email, in just a few clicks:
- Sign in to your account (or open the "View order" link in your order confirmation email).
- Find the relevant order and click "Request return".
- Confirm your request — you will then receive an automatic confirmation email.
This process provides the two-step confirmation and automatic acknowledgment required by law.
If you don't have an account or can't find your order
In that case, you can notify us of your withdrawal directly:

Please provide your name, order number, and your intention to withdraw — we will confirm this in writing (by email).
