Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European Union and Hungarian consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU, Directive (EU) 2023/2673, and applicable Hungarian legislation, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For physical products, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Physical Products - Canvas and Wooden Frame

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to our standard physical products, including Canvas and Wooden Frame products.

These products are manufactured using our fixed photographic designs. Customers may select only predefined options, such as product size and frame colour. The artwork itself is not created, modified, or specified by the customer.

The fact that a product is made to order or produced after the order is placed does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Digital Products

For digital products supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply of the digital content begins, provided that, before supply begins, the customer expressly requests immediate supply of the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period, actively consents to the immediate supply, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.

Simply accessing or downloading a digital file does not replace the requirement to obtain the customer’s prior express request, active consent, and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

How to Notify Us of Your Withdrawal

You may notify us of your withdrawal by sending us any clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Where available, you may also use the online return function by signing in to your customer account or opening the “View order” link in your order-confirmation email, selecting the relevant order, clicking “Request return”, and submitting the withdrawal request.

After submitting the request, you will receive an acknowledgement by email.

The online process is provided for convenience. You are not required to use the “Request return” function. You may also notify us by email or post using the contact details below.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send your withdrawal notification before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period. The deadline is met if the notification is sent before the end of the relevant period.

Please include your full name, order number, the product or products concerned, the date of the order, the date of receipt where applicable, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notification on a durable medium, such as email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge, subject to applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offer to collect the goods or otherwise agree to an earlier refund.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods after exercising the right of withdrawal.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

These rules do not limit your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming goods.
